Bauer oversaw this hangar’s construction from the ground up on FAA controlled property, providing project management, permitting services, value engineering to make this sharp-looking project a reality.

There was extensive site work and grading to prepare for the construction of this 6,000sf type II B building, which was completed in adherence with FAA regulations. Bauer completed this project while maintaining access for the tenant in their existing space, allowing for full company actives to take place during construction. This project was completed on schedule and within budget.
