Bauer provided full general contracting services to construct this indoor trampoline theme park. Due to leasing details, this project was subject to an aggressive schedule and fast-tracked phases of work. We worked with many out of state vendors to perform specialty installations and oversaw significant renovations to existing power and utilities due to space’s change-of-use. Bauer successfully managed the potential issues of a fast-tracked schedule with overlapping tasks, change orders due to the revised design, and a large increase in scope of work to create Wasilla’s newest recreational space.
