Bauer provided on-site management, subcontractor and hospital coordination, and rough/finish carpentry services for the larger general contractor. We did so while adhering to strict construction standards of healthcare facilities and not infringing on the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The 3rd floor itself presented logistical obstacles to overcome, so we created and maintained safe loading/unloading procedures for job site materials and tools. There were a lot of plates to keep spinning on this project, and we are proud to say that all parties involved have been satisfied with our services.
