This large-scale interior renovation allowed the opportunity for us to overcome many unique challenges. Bauer provided full general contracting services for this 50,000sf TI, overseeing design-build processes for mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, and many other trades. We also worked closely with the architect and engineers through the permitting process to ensure that work was not delayed on our fast-tracked schedule. The result is nothing less than one of REI’s prized flagship stores, right here in Anchorage, Alaska.
